Whats your take on the Controversy at The Oscars?
Celebrities left right and center having issues with The Oscars this year and it all started when people noticed the lack of colored actors and actresses up for nomination for an Oscar.
Concussion actor, Will Smith, has had plenty to say on the matter, how not only does he feel he deserves to be a nominee, but how this is a disgrace on the academy and how he feels its making America look bad.
Will Smith wasn't the only member of the family to comment either. His wife, Jada Pinkett Smith posted this video on her Facebook with how she felt:

Spike Lee was certainly not happy about the situation, he announced he wouldn't even attend the Oscars, he also said "How is it possible for the 2nd consecutive year all 20 contenders under the actor category are white?" he writes. "And lets not even get to the other branches. 40 white actors in 2 years and no flava at all. We can't even act?! WTF!!"
Even Sir Ian Mckellen had this to say "It's not only blacks who've been disregarded by the film industry. It used to be women, it's certainly gay people to this day."
George Clooney said this in an interview with Variety, the industry was "moving in the wrong direction" and that many nominations had been "left on the table."
"If you think back 10 years ago, the Academy was doing a better job," he said. "Think about how many more African Americans were nominated. I would also make the argument, I don't think it's a problem of who you're picking as much as it is: How many options are available to minorities in film, particularly in quality films?"
Not all actors have cared so much about the current situation:
Ice Cube summed up the entire situation in just one line, it would be like "crying about not having enough icing on your cake."
He also followed up by saying "We don't do movies for the industry, we do movies for the fans, for the people."
Michael Caine simply said you "can't vote for an actor because he's black."
"You can't just say, 'Oh I'm gonna vote for him, he's not very good, but he's black' ... you've got to give a good performance."
